These Terms of Service apply for all users of Brosix free public network.

» Any user, by using the Brosix services agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions described below. Brosix reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

USER is a user of Brosix Messenger that connects to and uses Brosix Free Public Instant Messaging Network.

» Brosix does not, and cannot, monitor, censor or edit the contents exchanged by users using any of the Brosix features: Text chat messages, Video chat, Voice chat, Whiteboard, Co-Browse and File Transfer. USER alone is responsible for the contents and the consequences of any such messages.

» USER agrees that will not use Brosix for chain letters, "spamming", or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process.

» USER agrees not to use Brosix to send any messages or materials that are unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable or illegal material of any kind or nature.

» USER will not interfere with the operation of any official help boards, chats, or other services, or impede the ability of Brosix employees to perform their duties.

» It is a Brosix's policy to respect the privacy of its users, but USER agrees that this Agreement does not create a reasonable expectation of privacy in the context of user's communications.

» Brosix reserves the right to terminate any user account if it becomes aware and determines, in its sole discretion, that such a user is violating any of the foregoing guidelines.

» You are responsible for all activity made by you or anyone you allow to use your Brosix account, including your family or friends. You agree to keep confidential the passwords associated with your account.
